MauritiusRegulated by the Financial Services Commission as an Investment Adviser (Unrestricted), licence IX24200006: investment advice and discretionary portfolio management.
South AfricaRegulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority as a Category I authorised Financial Services Provider, FSP 54955: advice and intermediary services on a non-discretionary basis.
United KingdomIntrasia Wealth is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Clients in the United Kingdom are served by Acacia Wealth Limited, an independently authorised FCA firm, which is responsible for the services it provides. See United Kingdom.

Safeguards

Independent custody

Intrasia Wealth does not hold client money or assets. Client portfolios are held separately, with regulated third-party custodians, and the custodian and its charges are set out in the client's proposal before any assets are transferred.

Discretionary mandatesUnder a discretionary mandate, offered from Mauritius, Intrasia Wealth gives investment instructions within the limits agreed with the client. Custody remains with the custodian.

How to complain.

If you are unhappy with our service, tell us. Complaining is free of charge. Complaints are handled by our Head of Legal and Compliance under our Complaints Management Framework, which sets out how and when we respond and is available on request.

What to includeYour name and contact details, your client reference if you have one, what happened and when, what you would like us to do, and copies of any relevant documents.
South African clientsIf we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it, free of charge, to the FAIS Ombud, which will normally expect you to have given us the chance to resolve it first.
Mauritian clientsYou may refer it to the Office of the Ombudsperson for Financial Services, or complain to the Financial Services Commission.
United KingdomComplaints about services provided by Acacia Wealth go to Acacia, and then to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service.

Where is my money held?

Your portfolio is held with an independent, regulated third-party custodian, not by Intrasia Wealth. The account is opened in your name or in the name of your trust, foundation or company.

The custodian and its charges are set out in your proposal before you commit.

What does the FSC licence allow?
As an Investment Adviser (Unrestricted), Intrasia Wealth may advise on and manage portfolios of securities for clients, including on a discretionary basis.
What does the FSCA licence allow?
As a Category I authorised Financial Services Provider, Intrasia Wealth may furnish advice and render intermediary services to South African clients for the financial products listed on its licence, on a non-discretionary basis. Discretionary management is not offered under this licence; it is provided from Mauritius under the FSC licence.
How do I verify the licences?
Search the FSC's register of licensees for Intrasia Wealth Limited, licence IX24200006, and the FSCA's register of regulated entities for FSP 54955.
Are you regulated in the United Kingdom?
No. Intrasia Wealth is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Clients in the United Kingdom are served by Acacia Wealth Limited, an independently authorised FCA firm, which is responsible for the services it provides.
How do I complain?
Write to our Head of Legal and Compliance, free of charge; the details are in the How to complain section on this page. If we cannot resolve your complaint, South African clients may refer it to the FAIS Ombud, and Mauritian clients to the Office of the Ombudsperson for Financial Services or the FSC.
