HomeWho we serveIndividuals and families
Who we serve
Built to outlast one generation.
For individuals and families who want a globally diversified portfolio, an adviser they can name, and structures that hold across borders and across decades.
What we do for families
A plan first. A portfolio second.
We begin with what the money is for: income in retirement, a property abroad, education for grandchildren, a business succession. From that we agree a risk profile, a time horizon and a target allocation. Only then do we build the portfolio.
Where the assets sit
Portfolios are held with an independent custodian in the client's name. For families with cross-border members, assets can be held inside a Mauritius trust or foundation administered by Intrasia Group's licensed management company, giving continuity if circumstances or residences change.
What you receive
- A written investment policy that states your objectives, constraints and allocation ranges.
- Quarterly valuation and performance reporting against an agreed benchmark.
- An annual review of the plan, not just the portfolio.
- Direct access to your adviser and portfolio manager.
How it starts
Six steps, in order.
Establish the client relationship
A first conversation to explain how we work, what we charge and what you can expect from us, and to agree the scope of the engagement in writing.
Gather information and identify goals
Your assets, liabilities, income and existing holdings, together with what the money is for, your time horizon and your attitude to risk.
Analyse your financial position
We assess where you stand against those goals: gaps, concentrations, costs, liquidity and risks.
Develop and present recommendations
A written proposal: the recommended service, asset allocation, expected costs and the reporting you will receive, with the reasoning behind each.
Implement the agreed plan
Client agreement, identity verification under the relevant regulator's rules, account opening with the custodian, and investment of the portfolio.
Monitor and review
Quarterly reporting, an annual review of your plan against your goals, and an adviser you can reach directly.
